You can return any unused items within 10 days (of the date of delivery) in 3 easy steps. YOU MUST contact us within 3 days of the date received, or we will not accept the return. We only accept unused items in original packaging. If the item comes in its own packaging (like vaporizers, etc.) we will only accept a return if it is unopened. Do not try to return a used item. Even if you used it once, we will not refund it.

1. How to return an item?
Contact us via email or phone within 3 days of the delivery of your items. All-n-One Lyfestyle Outlet will then expect to receive the item and answer any questions you may have about the return/refund process. We can provide a return shipping label, but the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund.
Buyer's are liable for all return shipping costs.
2. How to contact us for return?
Package the items back in their original packaging (with a copy of the original invoice), and ship or bring items back to the store location.

3. When & where will refund apply?
Once we receive the merchandise we will conduct a minor inspection for damages and process the refund according to the return policy guidelines. We will then issue a credit card refund, or issue a store credit. We will not give out any cash refunds for online purchases. Credit card refunds may take time depending on the financial institution refund / reverse charge time frame.
Returns due to company policies, items may incur a 25% restocking fee.
